I had this beer on-tap in a Willi Becher glass at Postdoc's Kenmore brewery.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a dash of haze and a thin layer of ivory foam atop.
Smell: super earthy and resiny; it makes me think of fallen autumn leaves. Not too bad.
Taste: moderately sweet with a resinous grapefruity type character and a pretty high bitterness. I think these days we'd call it a West Coast. I like this one.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this super earthy and bitter type of IPA used to be more common. I kinda like this one for its retro novelty factor.
