Clear amber brew with abundant foam in the Troubadour tulip. Inviting grainy aroma with rising bread dough. Just a hint of malty sweetness. Clean and wheaty tasting brew. Really nice cereal flavor with just a hint of hoppy greenery. Overall this is just the right profile for a Helles-- malt flavors, a bit of a tangy finish, and the aroma of the brewery with a subtle leafy hop note. From the 16 oz can purchased at Town & Country market in Mill Creek. Not dated.
