taproom location on the main drag in downtown Carlisle. Glass storefront. Bar is to the left side, with seating, and tables take up the rest of the space. they have some tables on a back patio as well. Long draft list, 20 beers on tap- good variety of styles. They also had a beer engine with a beer on cask. I had pints of the Bitter and the West Coast style IPA, both were solid. Food menu was basic variety of "bar food" - appetizers, wings, sandwiches. Our server was attentive.

One of the nicest craft brewers with a restaurant in the area. A great central location, right in the middle of town. The old building was tastefully restored and remodeled.
Both the brewmaster and the kitchen staff turn out some tasty products.
Well worth a visit if you’re in town for whatever reason.

Revolutionary War themed storefront brewpub in the downtown area. Straight bar, perpendicular to the entrance on the left seats about a dozen and additional tables about the room. 14 beers on tap, also crowler fills and single can sales. Friendly bartender. I did not try the food.

Older storefront location in downtown Carlisle, modern and updated inside. I appeared they had a paio in the back. Bar and table seating. Cans and crowlers to go. Staff was fast and friendly. Food really hit the spot, I recommend the dry rub grilled wings. Burd's Nest and Market Square are a short walk away.

Molly Pitcher Brewing Co. is the most polished brewery-restaurant in Carlisle, PA. It's got exposed brick down the length of the wall where the bar is, a real wood floor, and a brick red and greyish-blue color scheme. There are 2 floors, and an outdoor area. They have quiet a few beers available, all of which are well brewed and polished. They tend to stick with more basic beers (pale ales, IPAs, brown ales, porters/stouts, wheats, fruit beers). The food is also high quality, well prepared standards (wings, nachos, salads, burgers). The prices are reasonable, and the service is good.

The facilities are excellent. The night we were here, the music was punk/death metal, however, with one Johnny Cash song thrown in. EXCELLENT selection of their own brews.... All 6 we tried were solid! Food was good, but SPARSE on portions...

They are now in town with a restaurant, beer was good, the food was fantastic. I had the fried chicken sandwich and my son had the bacon burger, awesome. I will be back there for the food and some nice brews.

New tasting room opened end of July 2018 is VERY nice!
The old tasting room was not so much...not a bad place, but a converted old commercial building. Kind of old and dank.
The NEW tasting room (at 139 West High St) is bright, beautiful, spacious, nice decor. Staff was very friendly and the beer was excellent.

Stopped by here once before and they were closed, I should have checked their hours beforehand but didn't. Second time they were open. Sat at their bar and got a flight of basically the entire tap list. The beers weren't spectacular but they were decent. The service wasn't bad. The vibe isn't too special but isn't a bad place to chill for a couple hours.

I was introduced by sampling a flight of 6 brews. At that point in time, it covered most of their selection. Liked them all. Brought some friends back with me each time and now it is a great place to meet with people who really like the place and people who are yet to try it. Something new each time. Espresso stout is probably my favorite with IndependenceIPA close behind. Never been disappointed. Only criticism is the lack of a complete menu but they are working on it.

They tend to basic styles, rather than the current (disliked) craze of super-hop and imperial everything. Their truth to the styles is dead-on, and their quality is stellar. It is a very small operation (no growlers-to-go as of 06/2015), but they are actually expanding right now to remedy that, for this summer. I dislike none of their beers, even those whose styles I generally do not care for. Of the six I tried, I would happily have takes four home in growler. Service is okay/good, food is limited but smelled great, with really good prices. To summarize: Basic beer done excellently. When back in the region I **will** be returning!

stopped in for a pint and sampler and enjoyed this small startup nano. The person who greeted me and my son was so friendly and mentioned the brewer had a similar hairstyle as my son which he liked. The vibe is cozy with high top tables and short bar with wooden muskets for tap handles.
The beers were all enjoyable and they have a limited selection of concessions which include sausage and chips, hot dog w/ chips, cheese plate, nachos and barbecue sandwich with growlers listed as coming soon. I liked the place and the quality is very good they were able to handle the Saturday evening crowd easily and I will probably return based on the first impression. Only two of the 9 beers were unavailable on the day we visited so they are keeping up well considering the small system which was visible as we sat and sampled.

Visited on 12-20-2014. Nice pub type atmosphere with a Revolutionary War theme. The relatively modest seating area was packed to capacity. Love the beer selection... standard drinkable styles. No extreme beers, which is refreshing for Southcentral PA, which really needed a Brewery/Brewpub like this. I sampled a Kolsch, Wit, EB, Mild, IPA, Stout, and a beer called Golden Eagle Ale, which was generously hopped with Saaz. There was not a bad beer on the paddle. They ranged from very good to excellent. I'd say the Mild was the best of the day, both in terms of being brewed to style and a great tasting example of the style. Service was spot on and very friendly. Will be back for sure.
