On-draught @ the brewery.
One of the few tripel style ales I've tried that isn't boozy.

Discovered this beer at a Hopdaddy burger place in Austin -
Pours a marigold like orange, 1 fb of white foamy head. Smells strongly of belgian yeast, citrus, clover and biscuits.
Taste is sweet malts forward, lemon, banana and other citrus sweetness without any hint of bitterness and transition to a fairly clean finish. Mouth feel is medium bodied with plenty of carbonation to keep it from becoming syrupy. with a greasy burger and fries - the astringency was palate cleansing and complemented the cheeseburger and fries. Complements strong cheeses
Overall, i was really impressed by this tripel - the coriander and orange peel are present, but not overpowering - allowing the tripel to shin through. . . I'd purchase again and I look forward to trying some of their other offerings.
