On tap at The Old Toad in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a wonderfully hazy and cool orange-ish color, with a small head, and no lacing.
Smells like wonderful passionfruit, maybe a little bit of kiwi (even though it's not made with that, whatever), some nice lactic acid, and some slight grainy fruitiness near the end.
Ben at Prison City kills it again with this one. It's very, very sour, but the passionfruit comes through really boldly. A lot of passionfruit sours I've had have had a really weird diapery feel to it- this is super clean and wonderful.
This is lighter bodied, with a very sour and tart mouthfeel.
This is killer- they're doing the best sours in Western NY at Prison City. So good.
