On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.

This one pours a slightly hazy dark orange-ish, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like grassy hops, grapefruit rind, peach, and melon.

This is described as an IPK- an India Pale Kolsch. This means it's basically an IPA fermented with Kolsch yeast- which gives this a nice yeasty fruitiness, that complements the fruity hop character. There's a biting bitterness on the finish, grainy and grassy, and it works well for me.

This is light bodied, crisp and fairly clean, with a good level of carbonation.

This is barely recognizable as a kolsch, but nonetheless, it's very tasty.
