Pale yellow with a 1.5" white head, which lasts. Heavy, glass clinging lace. Slight haze.

Aroma is floral, grapefruit, pine.

Taste is grapefruit, pine, apricot. Resinous.

Medium body, light carbonation. dry, resinous finish.

Another outstanding Pale Ale.

Grabbed 4pack at PC Farm.
All the 4 Piece come across as light to me, but the Mosaic is my favorite.

This beer pours a super hazy, bordering on cloudy golden orange color with a massive foamy white head. Retention is excellent and there are many soapy hanging rings of lacing left all over the glass.

Smell is super bright and fruity. A bouquet of berries (raspberry and blueberry) jump out of the glass along with mango, citrus pith, pineapple and just an overall dankness.

Taste is similar, but not quite as bright as the smell. Berry again is the star of the show along with mango, orange and pineapple, which are all swept aside mid sip by pine and citrus pith resulting in a moderately bitter finish.

Feel is light and smooth with moderate carbonation combining with the bitterness to provide a prickly finish. It is also slightly sticky as the hop oils stick to the tongue long after the sip is finished.

Overall this is a great beer. Super flavorful and an excellent example of the complexity of mosaic hops. I enjoyed the citra version more, but I prefer citra to mosaic in general so that is unsurprising.
