A clean and flavorful single-hop NE pale ale with citrus and tropical notes from Simcoe hops.

This beer pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a two finger, creamy white head. Retention is moderate and there are many chunky patches of lacing left on the glass.
Smell is piney, earthy, orange peel, and a bit catty.
Taste is very similar. Orange peel up front, with dank earthiness, catty weed like flavor, with pine on the finish although it is only mildly bitter.
Feel is light and smooth with moderate carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall this is a very good beer. I prefer the citra version, but only because I prefer Citra hops in general. Flavorful and easy drinking.
