Grabbed a crowler at PC brew pub. In frig about a month/never allowed to room temp.
Very good beer. Reminded me of Founders Centennial... which I like a lot.
Poured a firm pour into my Trillium Pub Glass. Raised a very nice rich creamy head. Dissipated fairly fast withoutmuch lacing. Nice clear golden looking Beer. Decent but not remarkable aroma. Maybe a bit of off putting dishwater as it warmed.
Taste was very good. Consistent with the Centennial and Denali hops; couldn’t really note the malt though.
Smooth refreshing feel as hoped with an @ 7% Brew.
Overall a well made IPA. Right up there with the big boys/ girls.
Not even close to my favorite at PC... but this could be a flagship in otherwise commercial distribution.
Very good accessible IPA.
