I had this one on tap at the brewpub, then picked up a four pack to enjoy later. It is a hazy orange-gold color with a firm white head. The aroma has a tropical, citrus hop scent, mixed with a little herbal mustiness. The taste is semi-sweet with a nice firm bitterness. The bitterness follows into the finish. Full in body and slightly warming. Nice.

Had high hopes for this one? Not bad for sure, but just too coarse for me ad are most DIPAs. I like my hazies soft and enoyable, this one has the slighest bit of bite.

16oz can into a pint glass. Canned 12/29/23, so 2-3 weeks old.
Great look, pale orangecjuice body, decent foamy white head with thick dripping rings of lacing. Aroma is lightly of citra hop. Taste is stronger of this than the nose would suggest. Light sweetness, very smooth for a citra. Abv drinks lower than the 8abv listed. Another fine beer from Prison. Intrigued to try their non ipa offerings.

Another new summer IPA. At least for me. On tap at Earls Beer & Cheese on Upper East Side NYC. Looking good with the sun shining through the lightly laced glass. Nice citrus hit at first, then some bitterness to balance. A little too hazy for my taste, and kinda similar to other hazys like Six Point's The Piff. Could use the extra flavor layer some of the great IPA's have. But no complaints otherwise.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of orange, pineapple, grapefruit and caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.

From a 16oz with an unclear canning date; might be July 2022. Label says it is now 8.0% abv. A nice NEDIPA.

On tap at The Sheffield in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a moderately hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like tangerine, melon, sugar cookie, pine, and grapefruit.
Single hop citra IPAs are a dime a dozen these days, and this doesn't really re-invent the wheel, but it's still good. It's crisp, with a moderately juicy feel, a touch of malt, and a very crisp and clean bitterness on the back end.
This is very drinkable, with both crisp and soft undertones.
This isn't anything I'd go out of my way to chase down, but I was happy to order it on tap when I saw it.
