We got together with our friends at Big Ditch Brewing in Buffalo, NY to create this amazingly flavorful Bohemian Pilsner. This style is light and elegant but has a delicious malt complexity that comes from the high quality floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt. A good amount of Czech Saaz hops are added for that light bitterness and earthy flavor. Truly a classic beer for the end of the summer.

On tap at The Sheffield in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells lightly spicy, with citrus and lemon, and biscuity malt.
This is a real solid collaboration, and represents the skills of both breweries pretty well here. Both of them are pretty good at lagers, and this is indeed a pretty good lager, with a nice lemony and lightly citrusy hop character, with a nice supportive malt backbone.
This is light bodied, and super crisp, with a great drinkability.
Collaborations don’t always highlight the strengths of both breweries, but this one definitely does.
