Our second collab with some great friends down at @sloopbrewingco out of the Hudson Valley! A vibrant hazy IPA that highlights our hand-selected Simcoe hops. Its pillowy soft mouthfeel is paired with fantastic orange citrus and green grass notes that come from the combination of Mosaic & Simcoe.

No apparent dating, but social media posts indicate that this is five weeks old.
Hazy yellow, with one finger of creamy white head.
Smell is pineapple, grapefruit, creamsicle , and a little mango.
Taste is grapefruit, pineapple, kiwi, honeydew, slight resinous pine, and a touch of creamsicle . Some lingering grapefruit pith bitterness after finish.
Feel is initially smooth and juicy, followed by moderate, very fine, carbonation bite. Drying effect towards, & after finish.
Overall , pleasant and enjoyable, but I don't think it adds anything better, or different, to either brewery's repertoire , other than maybe it was fun for them to create. It's good, but not preferable to either brewery's regular lineup.
