No noticeable dating, but recently arrived, so assuming it's relatively fresh.
Barely-hazy gold, with just over one finger of long-lasting white head.
Smell is a vague citrus mix, slight pine and green onion, and bit of biscuity malt.
Taste is pine, lime zest, crackery malt, a little green onion, and a bit of grapefruit. Moderate bitterness. There's some old-school DIPA, i.e. pine/candied orange rind, in the aftertaste, but lighter and dryer than what that usually entails.
Feel is medium, smooth, with very,very fine carbonation that dances back and forth between slightly creamy and slightly prickly. Drying finish and aftertaste.
Overall, a nice , easy-drinking WCIPA. Very well-balanced.
