Collaboration with Strangebird. Funky complex with a mouth watering tart finish, this spontaneous ale spent the night in our coolship vessel picking up local wild yeast and bacteria, before aging 15 months in a mixture of neutral wine barrels and an oak foeder. Later additions of house mixed fermentation cultures from both Strangebird Brewing and Prison City added more layers to create a multi dimensional but harmonious wild ale.
