A tart mixed fermentation beer aged for 638 days with our house mixed culture. Brewed with magnum hops, lager yeast, and pilsner malts.

Looks like a hot, frothy piss with no retention or lacing. Pretty standard for the style.
Aromas of vanilla, oak, fresh pear, lemon zest, and faint earthy hops.
Flavor has notes of orange marmalade, vanilla, honey, oak chips, and peach with a fair amount of hay and grass.
Light bodied with moderately prickly carbonation. Drinkable and mostly clean. Dry finish.
Overall this is a pretty good "mixed fermentation" beer. Not as funky as I'd like and lacking a bit in carbonation but still solid.
