An experiment with our friends at Yakima Chief Hops using a new product called FWD. Utilizing a novel extraction technique, this oil-enriched hop extract can be used to further enhance flavors and amplify aromas in beers. Our version of the extract was derived solely from Mosaic hops, allowing us to dial-in specific desired flavors — we’re talking BIG tangerine, grapefruit, and chewy bubblegum.
