Our bourbon barrel-aged dark sour with raspberries is a single-batch winter offering with notes of chocolate-covered tart raspberries, a bit of vanilla from the bourbon barrel aging, and a pleasant acidity that accentuates the fruit and continues inviting you back, sip after sip. Very interesting beer. Not overly sour and not overly bourbon. A really nice blend of two very strong flavors. I didn't get a lot of the raspberry. Very dark on color with a dark head. Body was medium for a stout. Great beer not sure how to classify it because I didn't see sour beers on the list when I added it.
