Go ahead and put the emulats or whatever they are over the "u" bc that's how they do it, but I like the techno-capabilities. Anyways, pours that light straw yellow with slight haze, make you think you got their berliner weisse or some shit. Small 1/4" white head. Aroma like all brut ipas I've had thus far is less hoppy than other non brut ipas with proprietary aroma hops. I guess these blanc hops are really popular in bruts, its like the only time I come across them. More customary Azacca and Citra are also in there.
The taste is nice, Alibi did good, you got a medley of the hops with some grape and stone fruit notes. The mouth feel delivers on the brut style, its light and lively, lotsa carbonation on this one. Its actually one of the better brut ipas I've had, Alibi is something I can always be down for a pour on tap of to check out, they hit the mark more than they miss, and this beer was no exception to that rule. Wish it was easier to find their packaged beers though.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
