Mosaic-hopped American IPA. Poured from a growler into a Goose Island tulip. The pour is apricot in color and slightly hazy with a 3 finger crown that is well-sustained. I definitely get the aroma of Mosaic hops on the nose. It's slightly sweet with notes of pineapple and orange.
Medium-light body with a firm feel and a well-balanced hoppy flavor. I get a little fresh toast and marmalade up front, then orange pulp, pineapples, and lemon zest. It's not overly-bitter, but there's a lot of flavor here and it is very appetizing. I get a sweet, clean malty flavor throughout that complements those hop flavors nicely. There's a lemon-like flavor on the finish as well.
Overall, a solid IPA. My growler became empty very, very quickly.
