Copenhagen 3/5 2021. 33 cl little chubby bottle from Beerdealer web-shop. Brown-ish orange label with the Prearis brand logo with two battling horses.
Pours slightly unclear amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 2 cm thick, creamy blanket of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity scent mingling with malts and some yeasty notes. Caramel, cardboard. Oxidized apple, pear. Quite light notes of citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, tingling and lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine dry and bitter and very Belgian take on a Indian Pale Ale.

33cl bottle. Hazy and dark orange with a thin off-white head with poor retention. Grapefruit and some citrus on top of a metallic taste of some belgian ales, and some caramel. Medium bodied with low carbonation and a bitter-sweet and metallic aftertaste.

A: Caramel copper with only a tinge of haze, lots of fine bubbled carbonation, 3 fingers of rocky light tan head
S: Caramel, light sweetness, little hops except some fruitiness, hint of pineapple but no pine or strong scents.
T: Caramel, light freezer burn, light hopping, except a strong dull bitter finish. I think its old. Light pineapple, pear and peach. Little sweetness.
M: Medium resinous body, medium spicy carbonation.
O: A much darker colour Belgian IPA than I’ve seen before, qualities of a Belgian IPA are there but faint. Got in Chiang Mai, drank Nov 20th, 2014.
