Golden color with a light haze and off-white head. Aroma has sweet lemonade, lactic acidity and a hint of smoke. Taste is just lightly tart, slightly smoky, some wheat, lemon... quite balanced overall. Light body and medium carbonation. Interesting take on a berliner weisse with the slight smoke flavor and higher ABV, The problem is that it takes away the high drinkability and freshness of the style.
