Another solid beer from the best brewery in Purcellville. These guys are steadily finding their feet and churning out some very tasty brews. I look forward to their maturation.
A. Pours a hazy straw gold, two fingers of head, spotty lacing.
S. Clove, banana, pear, biscuit dough
T. Clove, subtle white pepper, banana, cracked wheat
M. Creamy and light
O. A good hefe that strokes all the right notes and at a sub-5% ABV. It's a little too mild to get the highest of marks, but it is refreshing and to style.
