I had this some years ago in China. Probably in Shenzen in my room at the venice hotel. Bought it in the posh shopping centre nearby. Found the notes and saw that the brewery is finally registered at beeradvocate. THerefore, without furter adoo...
Little white foam, not stable, murky golden body, looks unfiltered
Bready, biscuity aroma, cracker, yeast and peach(!)
Taste follows nose with distinct clean hop bitterness added, some malty sweetness
Light on the palate while still being chewy from suspended yeast. very drinkable not fizzy. light fine CO2 bite.
Remminds me of a Kellerbier, maybe a Munich Helles with cracker flavour and unfiltered. Quite expensive for what it is, but delicious in its simplicity. I can highly recommend it, if you like unfiltered lagers and do not dislike a bit offstyle fruity esters. Quite surprise to find this from a Chineese brewery in Shanghai.
