Enjoyed from the growler via Jungle Jim's in a Delerium Sifter. This BEAST
pours a beautiful deep amber with a nice head of white foam that subsides to a
thick ring and a thin layer that fades to a thin ring with zero lacing. Nose of
rum or heavy cab barrel, rich sweet golden raisins, a touch of maple, and heavy booze
with a touch of oak and vanilla. Flavors exceed the nose with heavy booze laden barrel (most
likely rum although could be a smooth bourbon) with vanilla and oak mixed with Belgian candy sugars,
warming booze that is heavy weighted with a touch of peaches and white grapes on the rear.
Excellent mouth feel, smooth, low carbonation, rich, full, and decadent.
A pleasure to review this as of yet reviewed brew.
Cheers
------I'm-----pert near done----this is a touch heavy and delicious---
A cigar and some good lvin' (little lady if not as;leep) and I'll call it a night!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
