Pours red with a 1/4 inch white head, which dissipates. Light lacing.
Aroma of raspberries, white chocolate. No noticeable hop aroma.
Taste follows nose: Raspberries, white chocolate. Malty.
Medium bodied, light carbonation. Sweet finish.
This is an incredible tasting beer.

Appearance:
A froth of snowy, whipped cream over raspberry jam. Its body is a striking cross of vibrant scarlet and a deep, strawberry pink. While its head is like a beam of moonlight, pure and bright, that disappears suddenly as a forgotten dream.
Bouquet:
Like breathing in a cotton candy cloud laced with white chocolate. Initially, raspberry rushes to the forefront but given a mere minute to catch its breath, a cocoa-heavy white chocolate gains the lead.
Feel:
Light and soft as rose petals, yet rich and smooth as cheesecake. Tickling, pixie dust carbonation flutters beneath the tongue. Both body and bubbles are expertly tuned to one another.
Taste:
Where the bouquet is grand and outspoken, the flavor is demure and refined. Regal, ripe raspberry dons an ivory cloak of creamy cocoa butter. This delicacy descends upon the palate with slow, intentional grace; like betrothed royals descending to a ballroom, arm-in-arm. Stunning, sweet, and yet... unostentatious.
