Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head.
Citrus , floral, and fruited grain.
Smoothe in the mouth but happy on the pallet. Bright citrus, floral and earthy hops, ends dry with fruited grain notes.

Very hazy straw yellow with a moderate but lasting foamy white head with some very nice lacing.
The aroma is tropical fruits, citrus, mango, passion fruit and pine.
The taste follows with grapefruit, tangerine, mango, passion fruit and guava. The finish is dry with lingering pine resin and grapefruit.
The body is medium, smooth, moderate carbonation, very drinkable.
Altogether this is a very nice version of New England IPA, very tasty and refreshing.

Purchased as part of a 15-can variety pack from Sam's Club for $16.89. Poured into a nonic pint glass.
L - Super hazy yellow, with a two-finger sudsy off-white head. Good head retention.
S - Mango, passion fruit, and guava. Pine and citron. Floral.
T - Juicy and tropical! Picking up notes of mango, passion fruit, guava, and grapefruit. Not at all on the bitter side; extraordinarily well-balanced! Bit of banana and wheat on the rather clean finish.
F - Medium-bodied, with medium carbonation. Creamy. Refreshing, and quite drinkable.
O - A really great NEIPA, if I say so myself. Super hoppy; digging it! I really enjoy how the yeast was also able to shine - something you don't normally see with NE/IPAs. I'd recommend this one for sure.

12 ounce can in a tulip IPA glass.
Unfiltered, hazed, and dusty pale yellow color. Fluffy white cap, 1-plus F, very soapy with lots of heavy lacing.
Lightly dank aroma. Plant, citrus rind, and tropical fruit core additions. Floral perfume.
Soft citrus and cantaloupe flavors. Green vegetation and floral esters.
True to its name, very smooth. Modest hop bitterness that give way to a flavorful finish. No juicy sweetness.
Different and friendly drinking hazy Northeast brew. Flavorful and smooth. Hazy on its own without the juice factor.

Look - poured into a standard pint glass. Pale yellow in color, cloudy, with a moderate one finger head and decent lacing retention.
Smell - tropical fruits and orange cream. moderate sweetness on the nose, but generally inviting.
Taste - mild tartness on the mouth, with virtually no bitterness. some malts detectable in the finish. quite light in taste.
Feel - light bodied, average carbonation, and moderate on booziness at 6% ABV.
Overall - this one wasn't particularly a standout, but it wasn't bad either. I liked the scent, but tastewise it is a bit light on the palate and lacked flavor.

Pours a very pale and very opaque straw with a very persistent head. Smell is citrusy hops, I'm mainly getting grapefruit but it's a juicy NEIPA sort of grapefruit rather than the usual dank bitter sort of grapefruit. Taste and feel are a little watery which is a surprise. It has a little body but it's not particularly flavorful, relatively speaking. Juicy grapefruit, much like the nose. Balanced. But it somehow seems like there's empty space in the flavor profile.

Hazy yellow, nice white head, great retention and lace
Pineapple, pine, grapefruit, and native grape aromas
Mainly pineapple and native grape flavors, a little tart, not much in the way of bitterness
Thick feeling, oaty. Medium-heavy bodied with low carbonation
I guess its ok

Look: Pours a hazy, bright straw yellow color with a one finger satin white head of foam. Excellent lacing on the glass. A very pretty looking beer.
Aroma: Lemon meringue and ripe bananas with some spicy herbal/floral hops in the foreground.
Taste: Mellow flavors of bittersweet citrus, almost like a lemon drop candy type of flavor but not as sugary. Goes malty with flavors of sugar cookies and biscuits before ending on very mild notes dry hoppy/bitter pineapple.
Feel: Very easy drinking, I mistook this for a session IPA at first. 6% abv is not apparent. Body is moderate in weight and low in carbonation.
Overall: Thirst quenching and very tasty. I've got almost nothing but good things to say about it.

Southern Tier Trial #3 of 3
12 oz can, best by 12/2/21, into Pipeworks Willie.
Haze indeed, with a huge shaving cream head of 2 fingers, leaving lots of lace as it recedes.
Hop spoilage on the nose with pearl onion, old citrus peels, malt soup, and slight orange candy.
Flavor opens with wood and slight pine, lemon peel, green tea, some herbal hop, a little bit of citronella, grapefruit peel, hop spoilage, and onion.
Feel is carbonated, very empty, juicy (but not as juice as Lake Shore Fog), starchy, and a little dry towards the finish. and Light alcohol heat. Lingering starch/parch.
Overall, another disappointing IPA from Southern Tier. You definitely need to visit these beers at least 3-4 months ahead of the "Best By" date. They suck at calculating their tipping point. Oh well, one more down.

whoa, it's hazy. im so sick of this trend in beer... i can't even express it in human language. smells like pineapple. the taste is more pine and earth and bitter. nice and dry, how I like my IPAs, but very unlike the style
mixed bag. make less hazy IPAs please. if chunky IPAs were what's "in" i'd be very happy
