Revolting. Tastes like cheap fruit juice. 2 swallows and down the drain.

I got a couple cans of this beer from a mixed 15pck that a bought from my local meijer store. It poured a hazy yellow with thin white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had fresh citrus fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright sweet malt base with effervescent citrus presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Yuck. I've liked every other Southern Tier beer I've had.
This tastes and smells like cheap artificial fruit flavoring.
How did they put this beer out?

I had about 2 oz and poured the rest down the sink.

Drain pour. Not drinkable in the least. Don't waster your hard-earned money on this.

From a tap, it was delivered in a clear pint glass, practically full and without any head. That's the way we pour beer in Philadelphia. The beer is bright amber, with a hint of gold. It's rather translucent. The smell is fruity, almost like Juicyfruit chewing gum. There's very little beer smell accompanying it. Obviously, this isn't a taste for everyone, especially people that like the taste of IPAs. That's almost entirely missing here. All the regular beer ingredients included just serve to muddle the juices. There's no glass lacing and except for the color, almost no evidence this is an AIPA. At least the company description is accurate and no one is mislead. But, drinking an IPA, regardless of ABV, that tastes like it's half Hawaiian Punch can't be pleasant for most traditional IPA lovers. True to its word, this is a serious jolt of fruit juice in a beer. Eventually, the taste buds adapt and a little beer character can be detected, but it's not enough to salvage this mess. There are likely fruit juices with more body.

Poured from a can into a pint glass 9dated best by 01/24/25
Appearance – The beer pours clear orange-yellow color with a small head of white foam. The head fades fast, leaving a touch of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is super sweet smelling, being a mix of fruit punch and tang. Along with these smells comes some notes of peach and apricot as well as a touch of herb and grapefruit. somewhat artificial smelling.
Taste – The taste begins with a sweeter fruit mix of tangerine, mango, pineapple, apricot and cherry. There is also a bit of cracker malt and a touch of grapefruit and herb. The flavors taste a bit on the artificial side, with them getting somewhat more bitter and oxidized in nature as the brew sits on the tongue. Toward the end of the taste a hint of cardboard and must join in, leaving one with a artificial fruity tasting flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium to thinner in thickness and creaminess with a moderate carbonation. Ok for the fruit juice flavors and does make it a little easier to drink.
Overall – Nope. Would have to say this one is a miss.

Well it's not necessarily bad it being a artificial fruit flavored IPA something new and fresh that they can combine in the variety pack as a filler. At only 6%, it's quite refreshing full body beverage yet light enough to crush a couple. Compared to their other ipas it's quite a lackluster offering but as a fruit beer it's not quite bad I will enjoy the couple left in the case

Can dated BB 11/27/24 into pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy light gold with a thick but short-lived off-white head. Initial impression is sweet artificial citrus - kinda like Tang. Mouthfeel is smooth and juicy. Finish fades to sweet chemical Tang orange drink. Overall, not something that I would revisit.

It's not great. Pours like a tropical IPA but taste is far too sweet. Like they melted skittles into it. Drinkable but not necessarily enjoyable. Juice Force by New Belgium is better but the craft beer world should just stay away from these overly sweet to IPAs.

Undrinkable. This is like a bad tangerine cocktail with a bit of sodapop fizz.

Pours a clear pale amber with an off white head.

Smells of tropical fruit mango and nectarine with citrus and a candied floral note.

Taste follows nose with nice interplay with bitter and sweet.
