Clear amber color with a thick two finger head with good retention and leaving laces.
Surprising aroma full of tropical aromas with notes of passion fruit, pineapples, mango, grapefruit, lemon and peaches.
Flavor with notes of fresh oranges, yeast, caramels, toasted malts, grapefruit, pine, nectarines, grass, wood, passion fruit, mild spices and finishing quite herbal and floral. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light to watery body with good carbonation.
This beer started world class with great looks and scent, but as most Argentinean beers body could be bolder. It revealed as promised a good hop complexity full of tropical notes. Likely the best Argentinean IPA with potential to be an outstanding American IPA, just needs more body and more bittering hops. It is not dominated by the traditional Argentinean hop profile which is not that pleasant and the dry hop was well executed.
