Hazy amber color with a fluffy head with medium retention.
Slightly tart aroma with notes of banana, spices, caramel, orange marmalade and herbal hops with some pine.
Flavor with notes of overripe orange citrusy, caramels, some toasted malts, spices, herbal hops, honey, some raisins and a bit of booze.
I didn’t fell much the banana. It felt a bit tart, as some outsider got in. Quite dry with a medium bitterness.
Medium body with effervescent carbonation. It feels more alcoholic than 5%, with some fusil alcohol.
This is not awful, but something quite did not worked well here. Not sure if the yeast went nuts or uninvited guests messed up the party.
