Amber color with likely the hugest head I have ever seen in an IPA, with great retention and leaving lots of laces.
Aroma with notes of caramel malt, matte tea and peaches.
Hoppy flavor but with bold Argentinean herbal hop notes, a spicy sensation that might come from its yeast, similar to their imperial stout, also lots of caramels, matte tea, earth and a muffled grapefruit. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7% abv is well disguised.
Very Argentinean and hoppy IPA, unfortunately I don’t like their local hop profile, too earthy and herbal.
