I had a 330ml bottle. Unique bottle shape and black and gold colour scheme have been trade marked by the brewer.
Appearance: pours light yellow cloudy colour with nice white head that dissipates reasonably quickly. I purposely rousted the bottle to disturb the yeast sediment but your could avoid this to drink it more clear if preferred.
Aroma: bready yeast present and some sweet fruit aromas. Banana coming through but not overpowering.
Flavour: this is smooth drinking and the banana flavours follow through in the taste. Low carbonation allows the malts and yeast flavours to roll around in a good swirl. Very well balanced enjoyable beer.
Overall: This beer was recommended to me and I'm glad I was able to try it. A very good example of the Bavarian wheat beer style in a aroma and flavour. I liked it and recommend trying it.
