Pours a fairly clear pale, pale straw with a half finger of fizzy head that quickly dissipates to nothing with no lacing. Aroma of tart cucumber and faint citrus. Taste follows nose. Nicely tart. Refreshing and enjoyable.

This cucumber sour is a pale, sickly green and tastes like a cheap lager mixed with a bit of pickle juice. This flavor combination doesn't do many favors.

Good for a tart. Grapefruit and sweetness.... good for a tart.
