Copenhagen 30/1 2021. 50 cl bottle from Høkeren, Ravnsborggade, Kbh. N. Pictographic drawing of drunk guy with a triangular hat on the label.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a dry, citric scent. Sweet, pale malts. Citrus. Floral touch.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Decently bitter and dry Pilsner.

Golden appearance, realively clean. Beautiful foam.
Good fresh smell, dry and grassy.
In the taste a starting maltiness, then good dryness and cleanliness. Grassy again.
Finish dryness, good bitterness, good.
