- Collaboration with Beerbliotek.
- Bought at Notes Bar & Kitchen.
- Drank at home, poured into a BrewDog snifter.
A: Body is dark brown to black with low density, resembling almost a more low-bodied porter. The head beige leaning more to a fainted white. Doesn't show much retention on the head.
S: Aroma is big on chocolate notes, dark roasted malts and toffee. Smells almost like a pastry stout.
T: The taste is much less pronounced than it is on the aroma, making it a much milder beer and actually more pleasant to drink. It starts with notes of vanilla that move on to very small notes of toffee - caramel malts, dark roasted malts that push the chocolate notes in, some milky tones, and then it moves on very slowly to a medium note of hazelnut where the sip mostly ends, with a soft bitterness that revolves around the whole body of the beer like silk. Pretty good experience.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is medium. Alcohol is barely unnoticeable even running at 9.3% ABV. Bitterness is mild to low.
O: I didn't have a Stu Mostów beer in two years now. The last time was in Poland back in 2018. I like what these guys are doing.
