Pours an entirely hazed yellow color with a solid, spongy white head.
Smells of ripe passion fruit, carrot green and lime sorbet among luscious oranges.
Drinks smooth with a well fitting, late, sparkling refreshment, setting the beer‘s lighter body well into action.
Tastes of oily white grape skins, lighter resin and passion fruit among a strong headed, lime forward bitterness. Has a bready, silk middle part with lighter turning limes, allowing for a noteable effervescence to come up. Finishes with dried strawberries, spicy white grape skins and a lighter, soon fading lime dryness.
This is a good example for Nelson hops in an NEIPA, providing an intriguing depth, paired with exotic fruits and sweet resin, while being topped off by a well nuanced lime bitterness.
