bloody hell the head on this, it’s like feckin diet coke and mentos, whatever though it’s really nice, 2 hand white head with orange stains, beer is a murky hazy orange colour with loads of sediment/pulp rolling around, aroma is fruit and funk, tropical fruits, guava, papaya, mango, lemon and lime, some sourness there too, flavourwise, the balance between sweet fruit and sourness is really good, there’s also a nice white bread malt backbone to it, some notes of vanilla and coconut as well, beer is light bodied with medium to high carbonation, very soft and foamy and nicely drinkable, all in all a really fun sour beer from a brewery that continues to impress me a lot.
