Bought in O Cantinho Café. Poured at home from an Ardagh can into an Omnipollo tumbler glass.
A: Body pours yellow with a mild opaqueness, not quite the expected one as you can see through most of the beer's body. Head is white, with good persistency and lacing.
S: The brewery's website states that this is brewed with HBC 630 Cryo (from Yakima Valley), Strata (most likely from Yakima Valley), and Galaxy that can almost only be from Yakima Valley since the first two come from there. From the HBC 630 Cryo, you can feel the lactones like peach and ripe banana. From Strata you can get more passion fruit and even bubble gum. And Galaxy provides a topping of citric tone of oranges.
T: Taste starts off sweet, really like a peach and banana milkshake which then moves to more bitter herbal tones of hoppy sage.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is spot on. Alcohol is unnoticeable. Bitterness is medium-high though this beer has aged far more than it should for the style that it is.
O: I always like to drink stuff from Stu Mostów. Really love their releases!
