330 ml bottle enjoy by 08/01/2026 into a small snifter.
L: SRM 39 Pours darkest brown with a thin off white head that recedes to thin edge foam, light carbo, very light random sticky lacing.
S: Deeply roasted grains and caramelized malts, complex dark fruits, earthy smoke, chocolate, leather, gently floral.
T: Smokey earthy dark chocolate, plum w/skin, red grape skin, dark fruits, dates, figs, prune, raisins, old leather, black bread, complex light char, brown sugar, very full-flavored, high attenuation a cross the taste spectrum. Rich and bold.
Long aftertaste and linger.
F: Brisk medium-heavy to heavy bodied feel with a fully accentuated center and a very long drying finish and an extremely long linger. Has a tiny bit of grit at the very end.
O: Incredible tasting. A sipper. It mirrors itself leaving the same way that it came in. Ardent dark fruits, smoked, wrapped in dark chocolate and charred caramel. One of the best Porters and the best beers I've ever had. It is world-class in its style.
