330ml bottle stamped enjoy by 11/10/25 into two Rastal tasting glasses.
L: SRM 40 pours jet black with thin dark tan edge foam, low carb and fairly flat, oils and tannins cling to the glass like merlot, no lacing.
S: Rich dark chocolate, woody & smoky dark fruits, casky bourbon, vanilla, some nuttiness and earthy char.
T: Rich sweet dark chocolate, woody bourbon, bold smoky prunes, fig, toffee, plum, very light peanuts, light vanilla. Overall very chocolate forward and rich tasting. Dark fruits and light smoke linger. Chocolate is everywhere. No real alcohol burn. It is a little bit sweet.
F: Smooth, oily, thick, very heavy bodied mouthfeel with a long heavy finish that is fairly dry at the end.
O: This is an amazing BBA Imp Stout. Phenomenal balance and flavor. Very rich. Approach this beer like wine. It's so good that it would compliment vanilla ice cream let alone fine cuisine. A masterful and symphonic blend of ingredients that produces one of the best beers I've ever had. It is world-class in its style.
