Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized beige head. Stable Settles as a thin patch of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is intense with a sweet, pastry-like odor mingling with a scent of dark, sweet alcohol. Dark chocolate and cocoa. Raisins ad plums. art notes of guava. Sweet coffee liqueur.

Light carbonation. Rather thick oily, soft, viscous, creamy, yet a bit lively texture.

Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone. Lingering. Finish is semi-dry.

A patty-like take on a Baltic Porter.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 11%. Black colour, large to moderate tan head. Aroma of roast malts, chocolate and guava. Medium sweet flavour, notes of roast malts, chocolate, vanilla and guava (better balanced than the aroma). Low bitterness. Warming mouthfeel.
