A dry, crisp pils in a modern West Coast style. Fermented at low temperatures for a clean profile, with a clear golden body and a lasting foamy head.

Copenhagen 8/2 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Green and cream can with crude paint strokes in orange.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a midsized white head. Stable. Settles as a 1,5 cm this layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with an odor of rye stone fruits mingling with sharp citrus fruit. Dry vibe. Peach and mango. Touch of sweet currants. Grapefruit and Leon A little dusty.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
It sure is a bitter horizon.
