Pours opaque murky brownish orange with a big bubbly white head. Disappears loudly after half a minute. No foam and no lacing. But a lot of smudges.
Aroma is intense with a sweet cake-like odor mingling with tart notes. Carrot-cake in abundance, brown sugar and a hint of sweet banana. Tart notes of unripe gooseberries.
Low carbonation. Thick, oily, viscous, fat, creamy and flat texture. Smoothie-like.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart with a strong sweet undertone. Lingers for a while Finish is soft and sweet.
More smoothie than sour.
