Collaboration with Browar Cztery Ściany / Four Walls Brewery.
Collaboration with regional neighbors Browar Cztery Ściany (Four Walls Brewery). A very pale, oat-heavy Double IPA with high haze and a milky look. Fermentation with a fruit yeast brought out the strong hop character. Citra and Krush combined with New Zealand Nectaron and Riwaka give a range of aromas from white fruits, through tropical notes like mango and passion fruit, to stone fruits like apricot.

Copenhagen 11/5 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. White and yellow can with eyes of Karolina, Wojtek, Arletta and Grzegorz. Perhaps the Symbolic 4.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a sharp scent of citrus fruit, Earthy notes. Sweet peach and rubber. Orange and grapefruit. Some cooked vegetables.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit viscous, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit sharp. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Potent piece of brew from Karolina, Wojtek, Arletta and Grzegorz.
