Everything about this beer works, the hoppy nose the smooth crisp mouth feel and well rounded taste of hops, malt and alcohol. The story and design behind this brand is also totally authentic, you know you're getting a top quality product. Looking forward to whatever else is coming down the pipeline with this brewer.

Tan coloured, slightly cloudy, generous head, smells bland. Taste a little citrus, mildly hoppy. A pleasant ale though not remarkable.

Burnished bronze with a solid cap of off white. 4
Big green skunky hop pellet nose. 3.75
Breadstick malts and light floral and lemon hops. 3.75
Grapefruit zest end and sprucey linger.
Thin, crisp, light. 3.5
Throws the right shapes, but at half speed. It is <5%, in fairness, so this would work in pints. And Laois is the middle of nowhere, so if your business plan is to convert the locals, this is the beer to do it. It's just not tremendously interesting for the rest of us. 3.75
