500ml bottle from Lidl, Ireland (£2.59):
Light amber, almost a pale golden in colour with a thin head that's a bubbly but more of a patchy surface lacing & fairly disappointing looking after a bit. The nose was very light with corn & hay, a few subtle hops & grassy notes coming through & not too much else really. I got some hay & grassy flavours carrying through to the taste as well, with a tiny bit of citrus but the corn dominates to be honest & it's a pretty basic offering. There was some bitter hops a little further on that stopped it being a totally one-dimensional beer & the palate was a clean, crisp one that turned slightly dry towards the end.
