Amber color with a huge thick mushroom off-white head with eternal retention and leaving strong laces. As good as it gets for an IPA.
Light but nice malty and subtle tropical aroma with notes of pineapple, light toasted malts, mild grains, bread and caramel.
Hoppy flavor with predominant notes of herbal and earthy hops, lots of Argentinean Mate, orange marmalade, some grapefruit, overripe pineapple and caramel. Dry aftertaste with a lasting bitterness.
Medium towards full body with mild carbonation. Alcohol of 7% abv is well hidden.
Hoppy Argentinean beer (70 IBUs) balanced with a good deal of malt. Not really tropical nor citrusy, very herbal.
