Appearance. Pours a lovely hazy gold-orange with a finger of white head that leaves some thick bands behind.
Smell. Really fruity Belgian yeast, sweet orchard fruits, some ripe bananas and a touch of green apple and fresh brioche.
Taste. Fruity Belgian yeast and light classic Belgian spices, sweet light malts, some banana.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with smooth medium carbonation.
Overall. First beer I've tried from these guys and it’s solid. Maybe a little on the sweet side for me but it’s a minor complaint. Hoping for big things from these guys, anxious to try more!
