On tap at the brewery, Vancouver.
Dark amber with a ring of linen. 3.5
Cherry-wood, yoghurt, and plastery funk - a bit Cantillon. 4
Berry tartness, almond skin, some jam, a bit of citrus pith, ginger snap maltiness. 4
Sorbet end and surprisingly full linger.
Crisp, light, slight chew. 3.75
Young limey Brett presence (4 strains, seemingly) - I’d like to see this with some age. Some wood, too - how much barrel did this get? Details on the site are thin, but for a dark, low ABV sour, nice enough. Maybe some fruit next time? 4
