Poured from the can into a small tulip glass.
Cloudy and slightly opaque body with a dull lemon brown. Very soapy white head, minimal retention with some soapy collar and clumping that is weak.
Faint touches of herbs and citrus hop, mixing with a bid of bread crumb and cake box like sweetness. Kind of odd but intriguing.
Palate is kind of weird but fun. Tangy touches of orange citrus maybe even some lemon, but a big baby aspirin component. Finish is a bit light but has a decent malt backbone.
Kind of an interesting ipa but doesn't quite nail the West coast quality and style, something just a little different.
