This rich and powerful Bourbon barrel-aged breakfast stout was brewed with Timbertrain’s single origin Colombian roast coffee and pure single origin liquid cacao from Esmeraldas, Ecuador. Based on our Boris Russian Imperial Stout, it has flavours of peat smoke, oak, vanilla, and rich malt, all layered with chocolate and coffee.

Strange Fellows Brewing 'Breakfast With Boris' @ 9.0% , served from a 750 ml bottle
A-pour is a dark cola brown from the bottle to a near black in the glass with a small thin dissipating tan head leaving a lace ring along the tulip
S-barrel aging
T-somewhat smooth , definite bitter coffee swallow
MF-decent carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-not a great beer , just an good Imperial stout
